Our philosophy is simple: your data belongs to you. What you build on Revaluti stays truly yours. We will never sell your data. We will never contact your clients directly. We exist to serve you — not to monetize your relationships.
1. Who We Are
Revaluti LLC is a Washington State limited liability company providing mortgage and real estate productivity software to licensed professionals. We build tools that help loan officers, realtors, and mortgage professionals serve their clients better.

2. Our Privacy Philosophy
We believe privacy is a fundamental right, not a feature to be toggled on or off. Every design decision in Revaluti is made with data minimization in mind — we collect only what is necessary to provide our service, and we protect it with the same vigilance we would want for our own financial information.

A. Information You Provide
- Account registration data (name, email, professional license number)
- Loan estimates, pipeline data, and scenario comparisons you create
- Contact and partner information you enter for your clients
- Notes, referral connections, and transaction details
- Profile information (company, headshot, branding preferences)
B. Information Collected Automatically
- IP address and approximate geographic location (for security purposes)
- Browser type, operating system, and device information (for session security)
- Login timestamps and session activity
- Platform usage patterns (aggregate analytics only)
C. What We Do NOT Collect
- We do NOT collect credit scores or credit report data
- We do NOT collect Social Security numbers
- We do NOT collect bank account or routing numbers
- We do NOT collect actual debt-to-income calculations from credit pulls
- We do NOT run credit checks or soft pulls of any kind
- We do NOT use advertising cookies or third-party trackers
- We do NOT sell, rent, lease, or share your data with advertisers
Loan estimates created on Revaluti use user-entered values for comparison purposes. We are not a Loan Origination System (LOS) and do not process, underwrite, or originate loans.
4. How We Use Your Information
- Platform operation: To provide, maintain, and improve the Revaluti platform
- Security: To detect and prevent unauthorized access and protect your account
- License verification: To verify professional licensing through public state registries
- Communications: To send service-related notifications (estimates, shares, password resets, account alerts)
- Legal compliance: To comply with applicable federal and state regulations
We do NOT use your data for behavioral advertising, lead generation, or any purpose unrelated to providing our service to you.
5. How We Protect Your Information
We implement and maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of your information, consistent with industry standards and applicable regulatory requirements including the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA) Safeguards Rule.
Our security program includes:
- Encryption of data in transit and at rest using industry-standard protocols
- Secure credential storage using modern hashing algorithms
- Access controls including session management and multi-factor authentication measures
- Monitoring for unauthorized access, anomalous activity, and credential compromise
- Hosting with cloud infrastructure providers that maintain recognized security certifications
- Regular security assessments and prompt remediation of identified vulnerabilities
- Automated backups with defined retention and recovery procedures
No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security. We will notify affected users promptly in the event of a data breach as required by applicable law.
6. Data Sharing
Revaluti will NEVER sell your personal information, client data, loan details, or usage data to any third party. Period.
We share data only with:
- Service providers: We work with a limited number of trusted third-party vendors who assist us in operating the platform (such as cloud hosting, content delivery, and transactional email services). These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data and may only use it to perform services on our behalf.
- Recipients you choose: When you share an estimate via email or presentation link, the recipient receives only the data you explicitly shared
- Legal requirements: If required by law, subpoena, or valid legal process
We do NOT share data with data brokers, advertising networks, or any entity that would use it for purposes unrelated to your direct use of Revaluti.
7. Your Client's Data
Contact information, loan details, and referral connections you enter for your clients are your data. We act as a data processor on your behalf.
- Revaluti will never contact your clients directly for marketing or solicitation
- Client data is scoped to your account — other users cannot see your contacts
- If a client creates an account via a shared estimate link, they can only see what you shared with them
- You control all sharing — nothing is shared without your explicit action
8. Data Retention
- Active account data: Retained while your account is active
- Deleted records: Recoverable for a limited period, then eligible for permanent removal
- Shared presentation links: Snapshot data persists for the lifetime of the link
- Audit logs: Security events and consent records retained per regulatory requirements
- Account deletion: Upon request, all personal data is purged within 30 days (subject to legal holds)
9. Your Rights
Under applicable law, you have the right to:
- Access all data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
- Delete your account and associated data
- Receive a portable copy of your data
- Opt out of non-essential communications

10. Cookies and Local Storage
We use only essential cookies and browser storage for authentication and session management. We do not use:
- Third-party advertising cookies
- Cross-site tracking cookies
- Analytics cookies from third-party services
11. Children's Privacy
Revaluti is a professional platform for licensed mortgage and real estate professionals. It is not directed at individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.
12. Changes to This Policy
Material changes to this policy will be communicated to registered users via email and an in-platform announcement at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
